Residential Tax Credit... There are two tax credits available for hybrid electric vehicles which can normally be taken together for a combined total of $1,500.
One $750 credit is available for the vehicle. A second $750 credit is available for the on-board charging system. --

the Oregon Environmental Council. Monthly customers in this program receive a
discount of $15 off the normal rate at participating locations. To qualify, you must drive a hybrid vehicle having a city and/or highway fuel efficiency of 35
