►  Minimum Charge:   One-day minimum charge.
►  Min. Age Requirement:   minimum age to rent is 21 or over at initial time of rental.
►  Minimum Rental Qualification Requirements:   Must be 21 or older; have a valid US, state issued driver’s license & valid major credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard or VISA) in their name – at initial time of rental.
►  Credit Cards Accepted:   American Express, Diners, Discover, MasterCard & VISA.
►  Grace Period:   55 minutes after 24-hrs. Charge up to 4-hours at the hourly rate, then the rate reverts to the daily rate.
►  Weekend Rates:   start on Friday and end Monday by the same time the vehicle was rented on Friday. Can only be used in WA & OR & includes 1,000 free miles.
►  Daily Rates on Cars:   1,000 free miles/day; 3,000/week - max 3,000 per rental term (up to 30 days) cars can be only used in the states of OR & WA.
►  Weekly and Monthly Rentals:   the customer is entitled to 3,000 free miles for the term of the rental & can travel to all U.S. states –plus- Canada -- but NOT Mexico.
►  Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):   $19.95/day; $139.65/week; $500.00/mo. By accepting the waiver customer, won’t be responsible for any damage caused by collision, fire or theft.
►  Insurance Requirements:   Toyota Rent-A-Car will furnish the minimum state insurance liability coverage(s) which are:  $25,000 / $50,000 / $10,000. $10,000 property damage + $25,000 for bodily injury for each person -and- $50,000 max for all bodily injury & property damage arising from the accident.
►  Additional Driver’s Fee:   $10/day – $300/mo. Immediate family members (spouse, child, brothers, sisters) no additional driver’s fee.
►  Discounts:   10% discount to ALL Employees and/or members of:  AAA, AARP, Costco, Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce, Intel, Nike, Nike Stores, Rodgers Instruments, Tektronix / TEK, Tuality Healthcare, Vantage Club & Wells Fargo employees and/or members. Applies to regular rates only & can be taken off time & mileage charges.
►  Other (SUVs, Trucks & Vans):   200 free miles/day; 1,400/week - max 3,000 per rental term (up to 30 days); additional = 20¢ per mile.
►  Min. Rental Rate Charge:   1-Week required for travel outside OR and/or WA states.
►  Van Rentals:   One-week minimum rental on vans for the summer month of August.
►  Weekend specials:   1-day weekend rentals and weekend specials.
Weekend Rates:  1-day min. Allow 1k free miles as long as you stay in OR and/or WA. If you're going to any other state - then a min. 1-week rental is required.
