Customer Service Representative - Posted April 2011
Our business is growing, and in order to continue to achieve greater sales success, we need to find the right people to help us provide excellent service to our customers. To be considered for this position you will need some basic computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and change duties throughout the day. The perfect candidate will:
- Be customer service oriented.(Experience in a high paced sales environment is preferred)
- Be a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, who is courteous, and has a friendly and helpful personality
- Be able to work flexible hours including most weekends
- Enjoy helping customers understand the features and benefits of our products
- Have excellent communication skills, an upbeat personality, and a willingness to do what it takes to provide excellent service to our customers
- Be comfortable working as a team, learning from, and supporting others
- Be capable of working in a high energy fast paced environment
- Have a good driving record

In this position you will be required to greet our customers enthusiastically and see that they get the help they need and receive great service. You will be asked to do a variety of things in the sales support area.
