In light of technology improvements in automotive and oil manufacturing, as well as changes to Toyota's service recommendations, we've elected to revise our service recommendations to parallel those of Toyota.
We feel this minor move from 3750 to 5000 mile increments will still provide the necessary protection for your investment as well as meet the factory's warranty requirement.
Our primary concern, not only on the previous schedule but more so on the 5,000 mile schedule, is the oil fill level being neglected. Insufficient oil could result in engine damage so please keep that in mind. Toyota does recommend it be checked at every gas fill-up.
Also be aware, this is a "minimum maintenance recommendations", so if you prefer a higher level of maintenance for your vehicle we support your wishes.
