A Special Note From Our Owner - March 18th, 2020

We believe Cody Lusk, President and CEO of the American International Automobile Dealers Association (AIADA), said it best "Auto dealerships and their service shops are essential to the communities they serve." Car trouble can be stressful even in the best of times. In times of crisis and uncertainty, it is not only much more stressful but it can even be life-threatening. And that is why Governor Kate Brown and States alike have classified Automotive Dealers as essential service providers. Having said that, Beaverton Toyota remains open for you. 
As we maneuver these extraordinary circumstances, we feel a very serious responsibility to not only protect our employees and customers against the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) but to also maintain operations for those with transportation needs. 

We've always taken great pride in keeping our dealership clean and inviting, we've greatly enhanced that by implementing around the clock cleaning with five dedicated sanitation coordinators who clean high touch points around campus. We've moved furniture in all areas to accommodate for social distancing recommendations, temporarily postponed services that could promote the spread of Covid-19 and educated all employees on CDC guidelines. 

We are taking the necessary precautions because we believe we need to be here for you. Not to mention, we have the capacity and space to accommodate any maintenance, repair or replacement needs you might have - tires or brakes, dash light on, regular maintenance intervals, open safety recalls or whatever your vehicle needs to get safely from Point A to Point B we are here for you. Having your vehicle serviced now can ensure it is reliable for the next 6 months or until the next service. 

Please keep in mind the many important services we perform that make it possible for essential workers who can no longer rely on public transportation. We are already seeing this play out, just yesterday we helped an EMT who unexpectedly needed a replacement vehicle after her 2002 Volvo called it quits. 

We have implemented a new method to allow for much that can be done from the comfort of your own home before you arrive. It is also helpful if you call ahead or schedule an appointment online so that we can be best prepared for you. You can use our "early bird" drop off and leave your vehicle with us and pick it up on your own schedule - even "after hours".

We continue to update our website daily. All of the information you see online is the same as in store and we have a payment calculator tool to help you in your research. Found a car that works for you? Set an appointment online or give us a call and we will have it ready for you when you get here (fully sanitized). You are welcome to test drive without a Sales Consultant present to ensure social distancing. Any further actions you take can be done with a minimum of human interaction and in an ultra-clean environment, and in a fraction of the customary time.

Please rest assured knowing that anyone coming in touch with your vehicle has been provided latex gloves and is required to wear them at all times. Additionally, we will disinfect your vehicle before returning it to you.
