The detailers did a good job cleaning up a spill and quite a good job detailing the interior. There was a strong chemical smell from the cleaning which Hannah Reyes dealt with directly and professionally and offered several suggestions as well as additional services to address the issue. She did a good job. The odor has since lessened considerably.

We bought a used Toyota for our son. Tony H. was very helpful and great to work with. He was nice and knowledgeable. He helped make the process relatively fast and painless.
Charlie was very friendly from the moment I walked up and showed me the vehicles that fit my needs with minimal conversation about the others. His approach was honest, and when he couldn't meet for a follow -up appointment, called to personally apologize and vouch for the agent that would help us. The process went well, with a few goofs in our end and some confusion over the warranty and service options but ultimately I feel we were dealt with fairly and honestly. Came out with a quality used car as well.
The staff were nice, and professional but having an appt and having to wait 2 hours for a basic service was not agreeable to me.

it is hard for me to know entirely how good car service is because I know very little about the fundamentals of a car. However, when they sent me their price quotes I googled all the services they quoted me showed that they have quite competitive pricing on things like spark plug renewal, hybrid transmission flushes, and etc. They also only recommended stuff that I was well past the recommended renewal period for - which is fine since I typically think those recommendations are a little early for my risk tolerance preferences. I accidentally went on the wrong day, but they were still able to accommodate me and to get my service done before my son needed to be picked up from school. reliable and willing to explain things the only thing I didnāt like is they didnāt have any free popcorn or chips, but the service was really good and thatās whatās most important but itās nice to not have to pay for a snack Next time Iāll bring my own snack

I had a great experience with David Stephens at Beaverton Toyota. Itās my second time working with him and I appreciate his listening skill, attention to detail and his relaxed manner. I never feel pressured to make a choice right then if Iād like time to think. He listens to what I think Iād like and shows me that and other suggestions I maybe hadnāt thought about. The whole staff work well together and feel like a team, which is a welcome contrast to many car dealerships.

Gerald was patient while teaching us how to hook up our phones and teaching us about all the safety features we were not familiar with. I came in with my sun roof stuck open. The news was bad. The shop technician and the service writer gave me an estimate and didn't charge me the diagnose fee. The estimate was in the many thousands. $5800 to be exact.
What I will say after researching this a bit more. That Toyota Camerys sum roofs are trash when it comes to repairing them. You can't, you have to replace the entire roof.
Toyota vehicles have been in my family since I was raised as a kid. I always like how they are great reliable cars.

We had a great buying experience with Greg Parker at Beaverton Toyota. He tracked down the exact vehicle we were looking for with very specific features and color and got it reserved for us before it had even been built. Then he offered regular updates on the status of the vehicle. On the big day, he expedited the buying process and did a good job explaining many of the new vehicle's features.
As far as I'm concerned I give them five stars because of the assistance and help from David that I received on 2 separate occasions he was very professional and had a great attitude he treated me and my grandmother with amazing respect and understanding of our situation and provided us both with the information we needed and answers to all questions.
