My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 from Beaverton Toyota, and I cannot recommend our salesman, Greg Parker, enough. Before coming here, we had a very frustrating experience at another local dealership where we were misled about a vehicle's availability and subjected to a classic 'bait-and-switch' attempt into an older model. We walked out of that dealership immediately. Greg was the complete opposite. He was honest, transparent, and respectful of our time from the moment we arrived. He honored the online pricing without any games and made the entire process incredibly straightforward.
If you are looking for an honest, no-pressure salesman, ask for Greg Parker at Beaverton Toyota. My husband and I went to him after another dealership completely wasted our time and tried pushing us into an older vehicle we didn't want. Greg was the exact opposite. He let us test drive the Tacoma didn't give us any runaround on the internet price. We used an outside credit union for financing, and he worked seamlessly with them, prepping our paperwork early so our final pickup took almost no time at all. Excellent, transparent service from start to finish.

I recently went into the Beaverton Toyota dealership to look at a Tundra that was available. Jacob Cawood was the person I worked with from start to finish. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with him. From the start, he wasn’t pushy like other dealerships I have experienced. They were very up front and pretty quick with the whole process. I have bought a few cars and this was hands down the best and less stressful experience ever. Bought our 9th and 10th Toyotas from Beaverton Toyota last weekend. Our salesperson, Michael Cepeda, was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. We are tried multiple models and trims of each car we looked at, and he answered all my questions and let me climb in and out of third rows to see if they would work for us. We ended up with a Grand Highlander and a Corolla Cross and we love them both. Overall a great experience! That is why we keep coming back to Beaverton Toyota.

Very efficient. They had me in and out quickly. Just a routine maintenance with oil and tire rotation on the first 5k miles so it was easy. It was still nice not to have to wait around. I brought my Tesla in for a full detail, and Beaverton Toyota did an amazing job! My car still smells new and clean after a few weeks. I was very happy they were able to clean the hard to access space between the front seats and the console, as well as cleaning the notoriously painful glass panoramic roof. I highly recommend!
Was greeted promptly. Waiting space was comfortable. Was told it would take 90 mins or so. It took a couple hours. My guy was a little rude. But the recommended service prices were absolutely ridiculous. Extreme high end of anything I checked online. I had a Bronco for 5 years and never paid so much for servicing.

1. The overly aggressive marketing/outreach.
2. Leaving plastic on my seats after my service.
Regarding #1: I took my RAV4 there for a recall-related thing (battery hold-down). That was it. That was all I needed and wanted from this dealership and it should've been my last & only interaction with them.
Since then, I've been getting 1-4 phone calls from them per month, despite explicitly asking them to stop. I guess my only choice is to go to the SEC/BBB and file a complaint.
