Pricing, Specials & Purchasing
Do You Have Any New Toyota Specials Running?
What is Your Out the Door Price?
At Beaverton Toyota, you get the out the door price right upfront for both New and Used Vehicles. We call it our CLEAR Price. What you see online is our lowest price upfront and the price you will buy the vehicle for, eliminating the need for haggling. Now, what else is there to consider outside of the purchase price of the vehicle? Well actually, a lot. One, we need a few details to calculate the specific tax, title, and registration fees required by the government. Of course, you will receive a fully itemized breakdown of these costs so there are never any surprises. Next, if you have a trade with positive or negative equity that too will be factored into the purchase equation. Please note, we do not alter the sales price based on your trade in. The price is the price is the price. That is CLEAR. After that and just like every other car dealer, we will talk to you about potential protections for you and your vehicle. What makes us difference is working with just one person from start to finish who will ask you questions, understand your needs and then discuss optional protections like extended warranties or GAP insurances with you. Our goal is to make sure you have the coverage that you need for a great ownership experience. Lastly, we’ll also talk to you about any accessories you might like to add like Paint Protection or Window Tint. We can wrap these customized options directly into your monthly payment to ensure your vehicle is perfectly equipped for your lifestyle from the moment you leave the lot. Bottom line, the sales price of the vehicle is available to you online right now the rest will come together with more information from you.
Do you Price Match?
At Beaverton Toyota, we do not offer price matching because we put in the hard work upfront to ensure our CLEAR Price is the best value we can offer from the very beginning. Our pricing is meticulously researched and based on current market conditions to ensure you are getting a fair, transparent deal without the need for negotiation. You can shop with confidence knowing that we will never charge over MSRP and that our vehicles are always priced competitively to reflect the true value of the market.
We Would Like a Discount, Can We Get One?
At Beaverton Toyota, we don’t offer traditional discounts or negotiations because we’ve already done the hard work for you. We provide our CLEAR Price upfront, which is the best and most competitive price we can offer based on current market conditions. This transparent approach ensures that every customer gets a fair deal without the stress of haggling. You can shop with total peace of mind knowing that we never charge over MSRP and that our prices are constantly evaluated to remain among the most competitive in the market.
Does Beaverton Toyota Work With Costco?
While Beaverton Toyota is not a participating Costco dealer, we built our CLEAR Brand Promise to offer the exact same benefits that Costco members look for: transparency, a stress-free environment, and a low, pre-set price.
- “One Person, One Price”: Just like the Costco program, we skip the traditional back-and-forth. The price you see is the lowest price—no haggling required.
- Streamlined Process: You work with one dedicated Sales Advocate from start to finish, ensuring a fast and respectful experience that values your time.
- Added Local Value: Unlike national programs, every new vehicle at Beaverton Toyota includes CLEAR Care, featuring a 100,000-mile powertrain warranty and road hazard protection—benefits that often exceed national discount programs.
Can you Match/Beat Another Stores Price?
At Beaverton Toyota, we take the stress out of pricing with our CLEAR Brand Promise. Because we are a One Person, One Price store, the price you see online and on the vehicle is already our lowest and best price.
- No Need to Negotiate: We spend hours every week researching the local Portland market to ensure our “Lowest Price Posted” is highly competitive from the start.
- Complete Transparency: We don’t hide fees or “low-ball” you just to raise the price later in a finance office. When you see a CLEAR price, it’s our absolute best offer, saving you hours of back-and-forth.
- More Than Just a Price: Every vehicle includes our CLEAR Care benefits, like our 100,000-mile powertrain warranty and road hazard protection, which often makes our “Total Value” much higher than a competitor’s lower base price.
Trade-Ins & Selling Your Car
Can I Use My Vehicle as a Trade-In?
Do you Take Trade Ins? Even if we Still Owe Money?
Absolutely! We accept trade-ins even if you still owe money on your current vehicle. Because we use a One Person, One Price model, your dedicated advocate will handle the entire process from start to finish. We’ll look at your payoff amount and compare it to your vehicle’s transparent, market-based valuation. From there, we work to apply any equity (or handle any remaining balance) directly toward the CLEAR Price of your next Toyota. It’s a seamless way to upgrade without the stress of a third-party sale. We’ll also review current Toyota incentives and financing options to ensure your new monthly payment fits your budget perfectly.
What is my Trade Value?
At Beaverton Toyota, we value your time and transparency. Use our online TradePending tool to receive a real time market estimate for your vehicle in about 10 seconds. This range is based on current local demand and what we can sell it for as a used vehicle. A team member of ours will reach out to you and discuss the next step which is coming in to the Dealership for an in-person appraisal. With that being said, we won’t waste your time; we understand that other dealers have traditionally used the trade-in to “adjust the math” on other parts of the deal, like the sales price. With us, your trade in value does not change the sales price of your next vehicle. It is a standalone, completely independent offer based strictly on the market. It doesn’t matter if you plan on trading it in or selling it to us outright – the price is the same.
Can you Give me a Ballpark Price Over the Phone?
We can provide a general market range over the phone, but to give you a guaranteed CLEAR offer, we invite you to bring your vehicle in for a professional 15-minute evaluation.
I Sold my Car to you Yesterday. Can I Come in and Get my Check?
The time frame for picking up a check for an off street purchase differs. If you have a title then a check will take 5-7 business days. If there is a payoff then the check will be released once we receive the title from your bank.

At Beaverton Toyota, we eliminate the guesswork. Because we are a One Person, One Price store, your monthly payment is calculated using our transparent, upfront CLEAR price—no hidden markups or surprise fees.
- Real-Time Calculations: We use iPad technology to show you exactly how different down payments, trade-in values, and loan terms (from 24 to 72 months) affect your monthly budget.
- Toyota Specials: For well-qualified buyers, we have great finance rates available.
- Total Transparency: You’ll work with one person from start to finish who will show you every available lender’s rate, so you can choose the payment plan that best fits your life.
At Beaverton Toyota, we believe in total transparency. Your monthly payment is determined by the vehicle’s CLEAR Price, your down payment, any trade-in equity, and the specific financing terms you qualify for. Because we use a One Person, One Price model, your dedicated advocate can provide a real-time, no-haggle payment estimate in minutes—giving you a clear, honest look at your budget without the traditional dealership runaround.
How Much to Lease a Vehicle?
At Beaverton Toyota, we believe in CLEAR lease terms. Because we use “One Person, One Price” technology, you’ll see the exact lease breakdown—including the money factor and residual value—right on our iPad.
- Current March Specials: We offer rotating lease specials directly from Toyota Financial Services.
- The “One Person” Advantage: Your sales advocate will walk you through different mileage limits (10k, 12k, or 15k miles per year) and down payment options to find the monthly payment that fits your budget perfectly.
- No Hidden Fees: Our CLEAR price is posted upfront. We don’t add hidden “”market adjustments”” that inflate your lease payment.
What Will My APR Rate be?
At Beaverton Toyota, transparency is our priority. Your specific interest rate is determined by several factors, including your credit history, the vehicle you choose, the loan term, and the down payment.
- Manufacturer Specials: We consistently offer competitive APR specials through Toyota Financial Services.
- Market Competitive Rates: For standard financing, our team utilizes a network of over 70 lenders (including local Oregon credit unions) to find the most aggressive market rate available for your specific credit tier.
- The CLEAR Way: Unlike traditional stores, we don’t play games with “”markup”” on your rate. We share the data directly with you on our iPad technology so you see exactly what the lenders offer.
How do the Rebates Work?
Great question! Rebates are cash incentives from Toyota that directly reduce your cost, and at Beaverton Toyota, your Dedicated Advocate works for you to ensure you get every dollar you’re eligible for. We don’t just look for one rebate; we analyze the best combination of manufacturer cash incentives and low APR specials to find the lowest total cost for your specific situation. Whether the rebate is applied to the CLEAR Price or used toward your down payment, we provide a transparent breakdown of how these promotions apply to your purchase. Because our pricing is posted upfront, you can trust that we are stacking every available incentive—including military or college grad programs—to ensure you get the absolute best deal on your new Toyota.
Are You Guys a CUDL Dealer?
Yes, we are a CUDL (Credit Union Direct Lending) dealer. That means we can work directly with your credit union to get you the best possible financing options. It’s a really smooth process—we can handle most of the paperwork here at the dealership or even remotely, and we’ll make sure you know all your options before you decide.
Do you Guys Take ITIN ?
Absolutely. We are proud to support all members of our community and accept ITIN for vehicle purchases and financing.
Can I get Pre‑Approved Before Coming in?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. At Beaverton Toyota, we want your visit to be fast and efficient. Getting pre-approved online is the first step in our CLEAR Brand Promise.
Can I Make my Car Payment With You?
While you won’t make your monthly payments directly to the dealership, we make it easy to set up your financing through Toyota Financial Services (TFS), a major bank, or a local credit union. Regardless of the lender you choose, your ongoing payments will be handled directly through that specific financial institution rather than at our facility. If you finance through TFS, you can conveniently manage your account at ToyotaFinancial.com, through the myTFS mobile app, or by calling (800) 874-8822. Our finance team is here to help you navigate these options during the buying process to ensure you’re set up with the provider that best fits your needs.
My Lease is Ending and I want to Pay it off. Can I Come in and do that?
When your lease ends, you have several options, including purchasing the vehicle. If you wish to pay off your lease in full with cash, that transaction must be handled directly with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) or your specific lessor, as they currently hold the title to the vehicle. However, if you would prefer to finance your lease buyout rather than paying the full balance upfront, our finance team at the dealership can certainly help you with that process! We can facilitate the loan, handle the title work, and even discuss extended warranty options to protect your vehicle now that you’ll be owning it long-term. Whether you choose to pay it off directly or finance through us, we recommend reaching out to us about 30 days before your lease ends so we can help you navigate the paperwork.
I Received a Notice in the Mail Saying my Loan is Not Approved. (Adverse Action Notice)
An Adverse Action Notice is a legally required document mailed by a financial institution if they were unable to approve the specific terms of a loan as originally submitted. It is important to know that receiving this does not necessarily mean you weren’t approved for a vehicle; it simply means that a particular bank couldn’t meet a specific set of criteria (such as a certain interest rate or loan-to-value ratio) on the first try. In fact, if we sent your application to multiple lenders to find you the best rate, you might receive several of these letters in the mail. If you already have your vehicle and have started your contract, you can simply keep these for your records, as they are generated automatically by law and do not affect your current deal.
Where is my Cancellation Money for my GAP Insurance?
Most lienholders will cancel GAP coverage on your behalf as soon as your loan is paid in full. The refund will come from your lien holder approximately 90 days after the loan is paid in full.
Does a Screenshot on my Phone Dated 4 Months ago Work for Proof of Residence?
When financial institutions ask for Proof of Residence (POR), they typically require a full PDF document or a physical statement dated within the last 30 days. While a screenshot might show the date, banks generally reject them because they need to see the full page to verify the service address and ensure the document hasn’t been altered. Most importantly, the name and address on the document must exactly match the name and address on your credit application. Common acceptable examples include a utility bill (electric, water, or gas), a signed lease agreement, a renters insurance binder, or a recent bank statement. Since each bank has its own specific policy, we recommend having the original digital PDF or a paper copy ready to ensure a smooth approval process.
DMV, Titles, and Paperwork
What is a Lien Release?
A lien release is an official document from your lender confirming that your auto loan has been paid in full. This document is essential because it legally removes the lender’s claim on your vehicle, allowing you to prove clear ownership. Once the loan is satisfied, your lender typically sends this release to you (or directly to the DMV, depending on your state’s electronic lien system) so that a new “clean” title can be issued in your name. It is important to keep this document in a safe place, as you will need it to sell the vehicle, trade it in, or transfer the title in the future.
How Much are Specialty License Plates?
Oregon offers a variety of specialty license plates, and the cost depends on the specific design and whether you choose to customize the lettering. Generally, there is a one-time plate fee (usually around $26) plus a “surcharge” for the specialty background, which ranges from $30 to $100. It’s important to note that while some surcharges are one-time fees (like the Crater Lake or Pacific Wonderland plates), others must be paid again at every registration renewal to continue supporting the associated cause (like the Wine Country or Gray Whale plates). If you want to customize your plate (vanity plates), there is an additional $100 fee for a two-year registration or $200 for a four-year registration. Keep in mind that your total out-of-pocket will also include standard registration and title fees, as well as any applicable county surcharges for residents of Multnomah, Washington, or Clackamas counties.
How Much is the Replacement Title Fee?
In Oregon, there isn’t a separate “replacement” fee; you simply pay the standard title fee associated with your specific vehicle’s fuel efficiency. As of 2026, the cost for a passenger vehicle title (whether it’s a new title, a transfer, or a replacement) typically ranges from $101 to $192, depending on its combined MPG rating or if it is fully electric. If you are replacing a lost title while simultaneously transferring ownership to a new buyer, you only have to pay this fee once. To get started, you’ll need to submit an “Application for Replacement Title” (Form 735-226) to the DMV, along with any necessary lien releases if you had a loan that has since been paid off. Keep in mind that if you are also renewing your registration or replacing physical plates at the same time, those additional costs will be added to your total. Please note that DMV fees and policies are subject to change and are not updated on this page regularly; we recommend giving us a call or checking the official Oregon DMV website for the most current pricing before submitted your application.
What Permit Does my Car Get and Why? What is DEQ?
When you purchase a vehicle in Oregon, the type of temporary permit you receive depends on your residency and the vehicle’s registration status. All Oregon residents who purchase a new vehicle are issued a 90-day temporary registration permit, providing ample time for the DMV to process permanent plates. However, if you purchase a used vehicle that requires an emissions test, or if you are an out-of-state guest, a 21-day trip permit will be issued instead. The emissions test is conducted by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and is required for vehicles registered within the Portland-metro or Medford-Ashland boundaries to ensure they meet air quality standards. Generally, new vehicles are exempt from DEQ testing for their first four model years, while older vehicles must pass every two years.
