Rent a Toyota is a vehicle rental system available only through Toyota dealers. Rent a Toyota was designed for Beaverton Toyota to offer quality temporary transportation to our customers.

You need a valid driver's license, major credit card and Proof of full coverage insurance may be required at the time of rental. Additionally, you must be 21 years or older.

If you don't have full coverage insurance that will transfer to a rental vehicle, you may purchase our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). This coverage will add $19.95 per day to the cost of your rental.

Rentals are permitted to travel anywhere in the United States and Canada; however, mileage restrictions do apply, please consult your rental agent regarding these restrictions. Rent a Toyota vehicles are not covered in Mexico.

No the vehicles are not equipped for towing and we do not allow it.

All rental charges are paid at the time that the vehicle is rented. In addition to the rental charges, we will also collect an additional amount of no less than $200.00 at the time of rental. The additional amount is refundable after the vehicle is returned. Most banks will take a minimum of two business days to complete the processing of the amount refunded. We do not accept prepaid debit cards, prepaid credit cards, cash or checks.

Due to our location in Washington County, there are no taxes whatsoever on our rentals. We also do not charge any hidden fees. All rules, charges and penalties are clearly stated when you get the keys to your rental car.

All of our vehicles are 100% smoke free! No smoking is allowed in rental vehicles.

At Beaverton Toyota we love pets, but not everyone is careful. Sorry, no pets allowed in rental vehicles.
